SCD was incorporated in 1996 by 2 people with extensive backgrounds in both private and public IT Integration and Software/Database design. Initially focusing on small to medium office automation in just the Baltimore Metro areas, we have grown to 4 distinct yet unified divisions servicing all business-cases and local, state and federal government agencies. The company is privately held and is headquartered in Ellicott City, Maryland.
