This data is then recorded in an electric format to be utilized in project planning and implementation.

In areas outside our Mid-Atlantic service area SCD maintains an extensive database of pre-qualified and certified subcontractors and local associates located throughout the U.S. Canada and Mexico. Included in this database are such things as rates, local codes and ordinances, union or labor requirements, certifications, past performance and quality control. All of our installation crews come prepared with the appropriate tools, materials, and installation guidelines necessary for a complete, qualified installation. SCD performs regular customer satisfaction and quality audits.

Upon completion of a project SCD provides wide range of documentation suited to fit the needs of the customer and end users. A Site Sign-Off Sheet is utilized for every project, the sign-off sheet verifies installation drop counts, quality, adherence to installation procedures and end user satisfaction. SCD also provides a Cable Run Sheet, which indicates cable ID’s, locations, utilization, testing results, user, and termination information. CAD AsBuilts and layouts can be produced by a dedicated staff of professionals.
