SCD Information Technology Launches Web-based Helpdesk System.


SCD Information Technology is pleased to announce the deployment of a new, web-based helpdesk system. This system will allow our engineers to efficiently manage our clients support requests. The SCD Helpdesk is available to all contracted customers. Contracted customers will be contacted in the upcoming weeks with information on how to fully utilize this new service.

The SCD Helpdesk software is completely web-based with no software downloads required. Upon logging in, users have the option to submit a new service request, view the status of open requests, view an archive of past requests, and reference our knowledge base for a variety of self help topics. Users who submit service requests will receive status emails as our engineers resolve and update open requests.

SCD Information Technology Dedicated Helpdesk Phone Line.


Effective Monday, January 7, 2008, SCD Information Technology is pleased to announce a new dedicated phone line for helpdesk support. By calling 410-750-6213 customers are connected directly with engineers who are available to help. This dedicated support line is available to both contracted and non-contracted customers. SCD’s normal helpdesk support hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
